It’s funny how when you become a parent, you want to do all these things and document all of your child’s firsts even if they have no idea what’s going on or won’t remember a thing. The pumpkin patch was most definitely more for us than it was for Talie. Even so, I’m glad we went and hope that some day when she’s older she’ll get a kick out of the photos. Plus, it was fun to make a trip with Matt and Meg and watch their 1-year-old, Frankie, have so much fun. The photo of Talie and Frankie in the wheelbarrow will be the kind they laugh about when they’re older.

Seth’s working today so we dressed up over the weekend as Popeye, Olive Oyl, and Sweet Pea. We spent about five minutes on our outfits, basically threw together things we already had that would work, and Talie ended up looking more like a Christmas elf than Sweet Pea, but we went with it and I think it ended up being pretty cute!

I hope you all have a fun and safe Halloween! November will be the month of giveaways here on the blog! I have over ten awesome giveaways lined up for you guys and will be giving you all the details about how to enter tomorrow so be sure to check back in. See you then and Happy Halloween!
