a thankful heart
Before we start this new week that is sure to be a crazy one, and before we dive full-force into the holidays, I wanted to take a few moments to reflect on the things I’m most thankful for.
I’m thankful for being able to share my life with a person as wonderful, dedicated, and hilarious as Seth.
I’m thankful for him being given the opportunity to pursue his dream. We never expected it to happen so soon, but could not be more grateful for the way it has panned out.
I’m thankful for spontaneous decision we made to get Bailey. She is a source of so much happiness and laughter…and the subject of so many photos. ;)
I’m thankful for a flowering consciousness and increasing awareness of my thoughts and limiting beliefs. Since September, I have learned so much about myself and have become so much more open to everything.
I’m thankful for the way everything has unfolded and for new opportunities. Challenges and struggles have turned into very important lessons.
I’m thankful for my own health as well as the health of everyone I love.
I’m thankful for the abundance in our lives. We have more than enough and so much to give.
I’m thankful for little luxuries like warm blankets, painted nails, hot tea, fires at my parents’, board games, and wine.
I’m thankful for the holidays – the delicious food, the twinkling lights, the smell of the Christmas tree, the giving of gifts, my mom’s baking, Christmas movies, and the time spent with loved ones.
I’m thankful for the family and friends that bring so much happiness and laughter to our lives.
I’m thankful for change and for the new adventure we will soon be on.
I’m thankful for the constant presence of love that surrounds us.
Sending so much love to you and your families. I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving and that you enjoy the last month of the year. Happy December!
